Make the UI look more like 2010, It looks outdated.

Just clean it up and make it look like 2010, there are so many things you can do to make it better, so do it!

Add new features or functionality

Add new features or functionality that make this software unique or different from others. There is lack of file format support, just 3, and no DRM support neither. All the features seen here are no different than programs like WinAmp, Itunes,...

Make FreeDB actually work. I can never get the program to recognize an AudioCD

Every time I insert a CD the program has no idea what it is. It can never find the information about the disc. I am not about to enter all of the information by hand manually

Also, don't reset after each function. After I download the album cover I may want to download the lyrics or the artist photo. In its current state I have to reselect everything. One other suggestion: Maybe I missed it but I didn't see a...

Add a 'gather my music in one place' function.

Many music database programs will search your computer and find all music files. Very few, if any will actually relocate them to, for example, the "my music" folder. You'ld have to be able to recognise parent folders for album and/or artist...

The database will scan and recognise .flac files but not show them when searched for.

Improve embedded cover graphisc... I have MP3s with embedded album cover, but your database states 'no album cover' whereas Win mwdiaplayer shows the graphics perfectly.

reduce the price and add more features

in its current state it's just an expensive media player it has a couple advantages (the advanced search and the artist info page) but those features are not worth $29.90 it doesn't even support PMP's (like iPods) other open source software...

Make fetch operations work as background processes.

Set the functions that download artist info (i.e. album covers, bio, etc...) to work as background processes so that AllMySongs will stop stealing the window focus from programs I am trying to use while AMS completes it's processes.

Actually, I think all such programs should also have the ability to 'rip' CDs into WAV and MP3, and ofcourse name/tag the 'rip's' by use of 'freedb' (preferably with the ability to set use of off-line version 'freedb' rather than on-line)

Genre should be hot keyed in the Edit window also, but the keyboard input is in fact inoperable. You also need to be able to select multiple tracks by holding control key and clicking on the files or by ctrl + a and selecting all...etc. The...

Make it so you do not have to reboot your system.

After installing the program it states that you must reboot your system to have the installation finialized. With today's technology this is not needed.
